Kevin J. Conner, CPA is the managing director of the firm and also head the firm’s Litigation Support and Tax Services Group which is the core competency of the firm and its oldest and most established practice group within the firm. Mr. Conner is responsible for a full range of professional services to law firms, commercial businesses, and other financial services institutions, as well as representation in all types of financial transactions including corporate finance, asset based and secured lending, lease finance, international finance, debt restructuring and reorganization. The work performed for our law firm clients include, but not limited to, white-collar crime investigations including fraud and review of moderate to severe workout situations in support of the workout and asset recovery groups and in several cases Lender Liability issues.
